  • We require a 50% deposit (upon contract agreement) to secure the date. The remaining 50% is due 2 weeks before your event or on the date of your event.*

    A full refund and cancellation policy is available on request and is also outlined in the Booking Contract.

    We accept BACS or debit and credit card payments via Stripe.

    *Flexible payment options are available including Clearpay.

  • Absolutely. We love travelling! 75 miles travelling distance is including in the price of our performances. After 75 miles - a charge £0.75p per mile is applied and reasonable accommodation fees maybe necessary if the journey time is over 3 hours from our base.

  • Yes, we do regularly! Whatever your event - we can accommodate you! Just get in touch with your requirements.

  • The STYLE SELECTOR is the unique way you hire EveryKnight. Choose from our styles list and pick up to three. We then combine them into a bespoke setlist and add a few evergreen classics for you and your guests to enjoy. And if you can’t decide, just pick the Pick And Mix Style instead!

  • Yes, that would be our honour. Just give us plenty of notice so we can learn it (if we don’t already know it) and rehearse it in time for your BIG day.

  • Performances are usually in sets of 45 or 60 minutes.

  • Yes - no problem. We always have a playlist ready to go for every occasion. Also, you can send us a list of songs or share a Spotify playlist and we will arrange the most appropriate songs to match.

  • You can see recordings of us performing on here on our website and on our social media

  • Yes. If we are hired to play an afternoon set, we will have a spare microphone available and the sound system will be already powered up, so we can provide a mic for your officiant, speeches, and any other announcements. Just careful not to trip on any cables!

  • We will have an initial consultation with you followed by a conversation, two weeks before the event date to finalise any on-the-day details but you can contact us whenever you like beforehand.

  • Yes we can! But we will require a covered space on a flat, hard, dry surface to perform with an electricity supply (and a heater if very cold.) Our voices and hands don’t perform well in the cold!

  • An electrical power supply, a covered space on a flat, hard, dry surface to perform. We don’t require a stage but some food would be lovely if possible.

  • We appreciate that unforeseen circumstances can arise at any time, so you can cancel at anytime. Our cancellation policy is stated in the contract you sign when booking EveryKnight. For a copy of the cancellation policy and with info on how to get your money back, please contact us.

  • In the very unlikely event that the Everyknight band does not turn up to your event - a full 100% refund will be issued to you and a grovelling apology! This is very unlikely to happen however! In fact it has never happened!

  • There are very rare circumstances where we may need to cancel.

    In the very unlikely event that the Everyknight band needs to cancel it’s appearance at your event - a full 100% refund will be issued to you.

  • EveryKnight has Public Liability Insurance (PLI) up to £10,000,000

    All music equipment is well maintained, P.A.T tested and insured.

    Insurance provided by The Musicians Union and Hencilla.
